The central question of the protection of legitimate rights and interests of minors in Russia, including in the Primorsky Region is the question of providing free legal aid to citizens, including minors. This article is devoted to the problem of providing the citizens of free advice on the rights and legal interests of the child as the most important competence of the Children’s Rights Commissioner for the Governor of the Primorsky Region.
